Hello everyone, this is my first time sharing this without thinking that i'm losing it.. however, My symptons are: waking a few times at night, major pain down the entire left side of my body mainly my upper back and neck area, pressure on the top...

Sharing your peace
inner knowing
knowing yourself
being true to you
honouring who you are
blessing you
shining your light
being a reflection of light
allowing yourself to be, to feel
allowing hurt to be felt, not smothered
feeling your way through to your peace
It is ok to be angry
to feel hurt, vengeful
who is it you are really hurting?
you
do you not seek inner peace?
how can you find it outside of yourself?
knowing
breathe into your heart
feel safe once more
trust in life again
believe in you.
