Today's Positive Visualization
I close my eyes and take in a gentle breath. I feel the power of Divine love filling up my heart and overflowing into the world. In my mind's eye I see myself greeting every person and creature I meet with light and love. I imagine light flowing from my heart and surrounding each one. I know that as this Divine love flows from me it brings peace and harmony to everyone it touches. I imagine this light flowing around the world and returning to me a hundred fold the peace, love, and light that I have sent out. I combine these thoughts and images with a feeling of joy and let them go.
