- Please share some thoughts from your heart
- I believe that negativity begets negativity, that being said, I try to maintain a positive outlook on life-you know, like the proverbial glass is half-full instead of half-empty. Our ability to be at peace is locked into our ability to maintain balance between our body-mind-spirit. I like to think I am a spiritual person. I do not focus on what will be but what I can be right now. Therefore, I live my life to the fullest. Instead of sitting on the sidelines watching my life pass by, I become a proactive participant. I know if there is a life after death, then would it not be better to bring lots of experiences with you to share?
