Comment by Sharon Taphorn on July 24, 2012 at 9:51pm I never put food in the microwave... mine isn't even plugged in - not sure why I keep it...I use it to heat up a pad for my neck only lol... I would put them in a dehydrator and that cooks them, sort of... raw food doesn't always sound good, it does look and taste fantastic. my house smells divine right now as the dehydrator is going full and will be on all night. I also made a pizza crust out of sunflower seeds, almonds, carrots, beets, a lot of herbs and few other things... it will be done tomorrow morning and ready for the weekend. The beets and the carrots make it very colourful... I would so love that kitchen lol... I have been eating my lettuce fresh picked for almost 2 months now...same with the herbs... the rest at the farmers market... I will have winter somewhere warmer though for that kitchen lol...
Comment by Carron Psycazdeva Wallace on July 24, 2012 at 8:54pm they are tasty and yes you must be careful as you fry or u end up wth much smaller balls so yes may be raw mixes as you say with flax seeds is a thought unless u could warm in a microwave for a minute to cook thru, all thoughts, and I love your dream kitchen thought ;)
Comment by Sharon Taphorn on July 24, 2012 at 1:38pm I think I will try to make them raw Carron, with sprouted chickpeas and if you soak flax in water, it makes things stick together like egg... looking forward to it...will keep you posted on how it turns out and what I did. Right now I have a strawberry cream pie in the fidge cooling and some 'not so' tuna and salmon crackers in the dehydrator. I have a workshop here this weekend and I am making a selection of raw foods for the students to try... I will have a marinaria sauce and some zuke-spagetti, and some nut cheese as well as the usual fare for them... I really like doing raw food as it tastes amazing, I feel good and I feel like I am making food again as it does take some planning, and I feel amazingly better on it... xoxox

Comment by Sharon Taphorn on May 4, 2012 at 10:11am I attended a raw food workshop this past weekend and it was amazing. The things we made and the easy ways we made some of them was fantastic. I bought some 'Cheezy Kale Crackers' from the teacher and they are astoundingly delicious . They are made with Cashews, Macadamia nuts, fresh lemon, kale, red peppers, water, sea salt and cooked in a dehydrator on a fruit leather tray. they are so good. I have been working on switching to all raw food and am really looking forward to creating some of these... especially the lettuce wraps above. I will keep you posted.
Comment by Renata Bartoli on March 7, 2012 at 10:52am Sorry, the second video (about the Bible) is not well loaded: it is cut on the right (but I found it on Youtube anyway).
Still some perplexities. Being a philologist I know even too well how easy it is to misunderstand a ms, and what a mess texts are when there are many mss. However the apostoles (some of them at least) were fishermen ...
I am vegan by the way.
