In reply to distant healing: Here is how I do it. First, I had to recognize that every single thing that exists is energy. Hence the number one reason we are all connected..we are the same thing..energy. Then, I had to recognize that everything is also a holographic image. Which again..connects us all together. At this point, I had to recognize that when I think about another, I actually connect to their higher selves..sometimes they notice..usually not though. Depending on the amount of energy I projected out, was the amount of effect I had. I also had to notice that what I dwell on manifests whether I like it or not. Now, I had to realize that we are all merely a thought a way from each other. So what I am saying is that it is merely your own perception that will determine your way of doing distant healing and having it be effective. We are our own limitations. I no longer use the distant symbol unless I have an inkling of doubt on whether or not I am connected. Which these days for me is very rarely. Usually I end up using it for a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend type deal..i still get caught up on that one at times..but really..a name is enough..and your full attention and intent..and then a way you go channeling. So far, others that I have suggested this to, it has worked for them and that would be a good 25/25 people. So there is a good chance that if you looked into yourself at this method of perception with it..it could work for you too :)
